Kiirobon is a major character in the Bomberman B-Daman Bakugaiden manga and anime. He is the comedy relief of the BB-Daman Team. His B-Daron is Ponycorn.

Personality[]

Legendary Edition (Planet Emblem Edition)[]

A young man who is a courier and speaks in the Kansai dialect. He calls himself "the wandering wolf. He is stingy with his money, but when the time comes, he shows his manly spirit. A chance encounter with Shirobon and Akabon leads him to fight as a member of the rebel army. He has the Planet Emblem of Venus as his B-Daman. His aircraft is the Spark Bomber Fighter.

In Bakugaiden III, he is portrayed as a secret agent of the rebel army, and he usually gathers information as a driver for regular space flights. In the manga version, he is a completely different person.

B-Da City (Bakugaiden IV) Edition[]

A cheerful boy who speaks in a Kansai dialect. However, unlike III and V, he does not run a shipping company in this film. He is a comedy buff, and makes a lot of puns, especially when the microphone is pointed at him, regardless of the situation. However, most of his puns are cold, and usually only Ponycorn laughs at them (though Grey Bomber and Shildok find them funny). When he announced that he was going to do free comedy when he was a volunteer, the town was evacuated and not a single person was left in the city (even Shringe was traumatized when he made a series of puns with Yellow Crusher's Shockwave). He is the most powerful person in B-Da City, and once participated in and won a tournament of B-Dado, a martial art in which he flies B-Daman to fight in order to save Yurei Bomber.

He also has a penchant for treasure hunting and making money, and has several part-time jobs and businesses. He can be a bit arrogant and mean-spirited, but since he had no friends as a child and was alone, he has a strong sense of duty and humanity, and is good with tears. He forgives Juni Bomber for cheating on them at the instigation of Dark Baaya, and he even gives up his turn at an autograph session for Idol Bomber, who was trying to resell his autograph. His first person is "Wai" (but rarely "Ore"). In the manga version, he wears vertical stripes.

In the manga version, he wears a vertically striped hanten and a sun visor. He is often treated roughly by Shirobon.

Borderland (Bakugaiden V) Edition[]

A young man who speaks in a Kansai dialect. His day job is as a transporter, but since his first appearance in episode 3, when he was saved from a tight spot by Shirobon and the others, he wants to become a B-Da Cop for money, armour, and to be popular with women. He occasionally plays an active role in battles, and is the only main member whose armour is not destroyed, and he plays an active role in the last episode.

As in the other series, he is always has the penchant for money, and as in the Vida City Arc, he has a habit of making a lot of cold puns.

Compared to the previous Vida City version, he is more problematic than the previous one, as he often violates the law by speeding, ignoring traffic signals, and ignoring stop signs. However, he is still calm and reliable in times of need, and has a sense of justice and qualities as a B-Da Cop, such as investigating on his own in some cases and genuinely helping others. In the battle against King Vader, he and Witchy saved Akabon using Genius Bomber's stupid mecha.

After rescuing the Border King, he tries to get into the hands of Best Bomber and his friends to officially become a B-Da Cop, but this time he only manages to offset the many violations mentioned above, and is not officially adopted.

In the manga version of the series, he had less of a role than the other members.

B-Da Armor[]

Yellow Shooter[]

Kiirobon's first armor, the power-type B-Da Armor, which appeared in episode 12. It was developed at the same time as the Red Buster, but took a long time to tune and was completed later than the Red Buster (because it's existence was hidden until then, causing the alienated Kiirobon to be taken advantage of by Dark Vida). Its main weapon is the "Drive Shot," which uses a special holder to add high-speed drive and fire the B-Daman. According to Dr. Grey Bomber, its power surpasses that of White Gale's B-Da Cannon.

In a pinch after the destruction of the White Gale, this aircraft made its first appearance in a battle with the Draken. It fought hard, but its head, left arm, and right leg were destroyed, rendering it unable to fight. It was later repaired, and was even repainted with a black livery when Kiirobon disguised himself as Kurobon to rescue Pinkubon for Rich Bomber's fortune (Tigel didn't notice Kiirobon's disguise until the black paint was partially removed).

Like the Blue Sniper Red Buster, it was destroyed on the road with the Vida Express.

Yellow Crusher[]

The second generation of Kiirobon armor, and one of the B-Da armors developed by Dr. Grey Bomber based on Professor Bomber's blueprints. It can be used on land and air, and appears in episode 22. Based on the previous incident, it was created before Aobon's Blue Braver. It has a "shockwave system" on the front of its head, and by making puns through this speaker (which is linked to the microphone in the cockpit), it can cause the B-Daman to spin in a special way by sending shockwaves through it. (It doesn't have to be a pun, but Kiirobon's personality makes him make them). Its main weapon is the "Crusher Cannon". The main gun is the "Crusher Cannon", which is annotated in the setting picture as "the form looks like a raccoon dog's you-know-what".

The speaker is effective enough on its own, and Shuringe was traumatized by the small talk that came out of it. However, Shildok replied, "Isn't it funny?"

In the manga version, the shockwave-infused B-Daman is so powerful that even if the opponent dodges it, the impact will slow his movement.

Cargo Yelgar[]

The V B-Da Armor of Kiirobon, and a tool of his trade. It was originally a delivery spaceship with an arm on the back that could travel through time and space on its own, and is one of the few V B-Da Armors that has a canopy that seals the cockpit when in ride mode. At first he uses the Triple Burst Unit, but in episode 13 he hands it over to Dive Redder, and from episode 14 onwards he uses the Normal Vida Unit. His special move is the "B-Da Shoot". When fighting in Ride Mode, it also uses small missiles fired from the turret in front of the aircraft (the chest in Armor Mode). It is also possible to connect the armor itself to the cargo bed to form a form called "Centaur Mode" (which appeared in episode 20). Various B-Da units can be mounted on the arms of the cargo bed. It can also carry containers with V B-Da armor such as the wrecked Sieg Whiter and the completed Chris Whiter and Chris Brood, as well as B-Daroids (Wavelets, Augerbits).

It is the only armor that has appeared since the beginning of the series that has been wrecked, but it appeared until the end, and participated in the "Final B-Da Shoot" with other armors in the last episode.

Once, he was equipped with a "Giant B-Da Unit" developed by Genius Bomber, which could shoot giant B-Daman shots, but it was a defective product that diluted the energy of the giant shot and was as powerful as a soap bubble, so it was never used again. It was never used again, as its power was the same as that of a soap bubble. According to Grey Bomber, it was "an unattractive unit".

The toy comes with a Normal B-Da Unit and a Giant B-Da Unit, but it can also be recreated in the form it was in when it first appeared in the anime, with the Triple Burst Unit attached to the Dive Redder (sold separately).

In the manga version, it was able to transform into armor from the beginning, but it was a work mecha unsuitable for combat, and was blown away by a single bead shot from Devil Brightstar. As a side note, the Giant B-Da Unit in the manga version is a transformed form of a Crismond that Kiirobon found by accident (he says he picked it up on the side of the road), and in contrast to the anime version, it is so powerful that it gouges the ground. However, it was Shirobon who used it, not Kiirobon himself.

The coloring and style are inspired by the Tightening Bomber Attacker from Bakugaiden III.
